 Role of PSBs- Impact on Various Sectors of Economy and The Society- Way Forward Post Consolidation           The Institute of Cost Accountants of India organised a Webinar on 17-07-2021 on the "Role of PSBs- Impact on Various Sectors of Economy and The Society- Way Forward Post Consolidation" to mark the 52nd Anniversary of Bank Nationalisation.          I had the pleasure and privilege of sharing my views on the issue with special reference to Regional Rural Banks. Ms Pamaja, MD & CEO of Indian Bank was the Chief Guest.              I am highly thankful to the  Institute of Cost Accountants of India for providing the excellent opportunity, which has enriched me personally, academically and professionally.   

    NATIONAL BANK FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT - FOUNDATION DAY                 NABARD celebrated their 40th Foundation Day on 12th July 2021. NABARD is playing the role of the Developmental Financial Institution for promoting lending to farm and non form sector in rural areas. NABARD provides assistance for capacity and capability building through trainings, organizational support for technological & marketing activities and financial support through short term and long term refinance.               NABARD conferred the award of 2nd Best Performing Regional Rural Bank across India on our "ARYAVART BANK" on the parameters of overall performance.
